Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may correct pricing or stock errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Grooming services
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change if coat condition, matting, behaviour or additional work differs.
Welfare and refusal of service
We may stop or decline a groom where continuing would risk the welfare or safety of the pet, the groomer or others.
Cancellations
Product returns are covered by the returns policy. Grooming appointments are covered by the grooming cancellation policy.
