These terms apply to all orders placed through ExpressSalonSupplies.com.au. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

Many of the products we supply are intended for use by trained professionals — including hair colour, developer, bleach, waxing and certain treatment products. By purchasing these items you confirm you are a professional operator, or are purchasing on behalf of one, and accept responsibility for safe use.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout. We may adjust pricing at any time; the price displayed when your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to arrange a substitute, backorder or refund.

Payment is required at the time of order unless you have an approved trade account. Trade account terms are set out separately when your account is approved.

Shipping is covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Express Salon Supplies' liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
