Fast, tracked shipping across Australia — and a straightforward returns process when something isn't right.
Dispatch times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Larger or trade-account orders may take 1–2 business days to prepare. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery address. We use trusted carriers for Australia-wide delivery. Bulk and trade orders may qualify for freight quotes — contact us before ordering.
Delivery times
Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Regional and remote deliveries can take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & change of mind
For health and hygiene reasons many of our products — including opened colour, developer, waxing, gloves and other consumables — cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days at the buyer's cost.
Faulty product
Faulty product is covered under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we'll arrange replacement, refund or repair as appropriate.
